Ok in Hellfire theres a Horde qust to escort a Blood Elf out of the 'Den of Haal'esh'

However Alliance can kill this Blood Elf while she's still in her cage. She just walks right through it when you attack her.

She also has a respawn timer of 1-3 seconds, not sure why but sometimes its instant others theres a 2-3 seconds delay.

Anyway its great to skill up your Unarmed / other weapons as she's constantly respawning, level 62 so fairly high level and in a deserted place.

Any even easier way, that works for both factions is to go into Dire Maul North. As an 80 you can easily solo you're way there whilst agro'ing a minimum of 5 mobs (placed in the middle of doorways and ramps). Once at the end boss (King Gordok) just go around the outside and attack the Gordo spirits around the side. They have 1HP, they don't attack and they don't die. So you can AFK and level your weapon skills without having to worry about pats or other players because you're inside an instance. Just make sure you don't kill the end boss before or else the Gordok Spirits will become friendly making this not possible.
