AV's on almost every Battlegroups are finishing earlier because there are not enough players, so everything u have to do is just to keep having more reinforcements than other faction in mentioned five minutes. I just got the achievement this way, hope this helps.

A nice tip to get this working even better, get a raid together to join the same BG so you're certain you'll be full raid on your side
