Allright, so if u are a Unholy Death Knight with the talent Shadow of Death (Makes you a Zombie when u die)
you can easily just explode and therefore dont receive any death on the scoreboards.

No, your deaths do not affect how much honor you get when a round is finished. BUT i THINK that this might make the "The Grim Reaper" achievement easier.
(Get 30 Honorable kills in a BG without dying)
