Priest: Divine Hymn + Mana burn

Well i dont know if it's hotfixed, yesterday night it worked.

Just use your Divine Hymn on the healer and then hit your mana burn on them, cc won't break and at least 5 o 6 mana burns can be easily done while they are incapacitated.

I don't think it is working as intended personally... however what a great tactic to really kill your opponent. Even if they had survived it, they'd still be screwed with mana.

This is working as intended.

Divine Hymn's CC effect is like Warlock's Fear, Shaman's Hex. It doesn't instantly break on the damage like Sap, Polymorph or other CC, it can take some damage because CC broke.

Mana Burn only deals 50% damage and Hymn caused target to take only 60% damage so basically target only take 30% damage from Mana Burn, that's why Hymn doesn't break.

Divine Hymn text "Damage caused may interrupt the effect on all incapacitated targets."
Fear "Damage caused may interrupt the effect."
Hex "Damage caused may interrupt the effect."

Now let's see other CC text
Polymorph "Any damage will transform the target back into its normal form."
Sap "Any damage caused will revive the target."
Freezing Trap "Any damage caused will break the ice."
Hibernate "Any damage will awaken the target."
Repentance "Any damage caused will awaken the target."
Shackle Undead "Any damage caused will release the target."
