Geting 10% discount in tb without being honored

Complete the series of quests that comes after the un'goro soil quests. Once youve completed the last 1 (repeatible) you will a 10% discount in tb without being honored. I dont know if the 10% discount stays i never read quests. (i hope i write this in right spot this time)(this site rules)

Does getting sergant add a discount ? cause if it does that is y. I never realized i got sergant. If sergant does give 10% this needs to be delted and sorry people who read this.
