Doing Chess Event in Fresh Instance

Well i made it through once but didnt stealth quick enough and died :/ (druid btw). Sad thing is i wasnt really watching when i did it so im not sure what angle i was at :/ If someone who knows what angle to use could take a SS i would love em forever

I'm guessing this will problably get you banned? Would seem like blizz could tell that you did the chess event without downing any other bosses?

This is completely off topic, and I don't post here a lot, but I was wondering if someone could tell me the mods that he is using in this video. They freaken own! A tick timer and the stacked hotbar with circles! So sweet!

Really tempting I'm considering doing this before the reset 2morrow but im worried about getting banned. we have up to moroes down in our instance but we cancelled the raid for tonight so no opera. Anyone done this on a live server yet?

Will u get an ID for this ? If so, would suck very hard becuz i need the prince loot :X And my Guild would kill me, i am mainhealer for MT at prince and all other crap bosses ...

Yes you get an id when you do it from a fresh instance, if you have an id already you do it in the one you are in already.

mmh.. we did chess event already today. Also it would be very lame to "ninja loot" the chess event from my guild ^^

ok nice exploit but i wont be able to use it cuz i got an guild id every week. We kill every boss and i dont want to miss them just becuz of this noob loot from chess

I checked WoW, it IS possible to solo the chess event.

Just managed it after a night of trying solo. I'm a shaman.
It took 2 lesser invisibility potions + 1 reincarnation to get there, then a hell of a lot of trys to down the chess event.

Dropped the Healing shield + Melee neck.

This is HARD, awesome fun though.
Good luck to anyone else who trys.

EDIT: For the Chess, the best teqnique I found was to wait for the opposions king to get close, then to surround it and kill it as fast as possible, keeping your own healers behind a wall of footmen.
