What you will need
1) Victim...I mean EXPLORER!
2) Someone who can sheep or fear.

1) Facing the way Marcus Johnathan faces its the statue to the right.
2) You will need to go just a little past the statue ...(see the lamp post)
3) I told you go before we left were not stopping now!
4) Jump onto the lamp post edge from there onto then onto the statue
5) No you noob it isnt nerfed! Get your friend up their too!
6) The person going under should stand in the middle facing the left leg.
7) To make this easy we are going to call the pedistal we are on a "Clock" with the top side (pointing to SW) 12 o'clock.
The fearer must stand at 2 oclock.
9) Initiate the duel and fear
10) There is a video I made HERE but its not really clear on how to do it it does show where the fearer and fearee should stand. Just click "Under Stormwind"

just walljump to the torch, MUCH easier, only 2-3 jumps!

OR you could use a speed increase ([Skull of Impending doom] FTW) and jump from the gryphon next to the wall in the Gryphon master's room (to the wall), then walk along the wall, and jump up the 'natural terrain'.
Although, it is hard, so if you know how to, use the one near the bank, or even a fourth method I found but it is too much a pain in the @$$ to be practical.I'll make a vid or show screenies when I get normal WoW access back.(Ever get on the burning steppes west mountainside?)
