    Stockade Soloing

I have came up with a way of exploiting the terrain of Stockades, so that you can, with a ranged class, solo it from level 20+ without being hit or rarely being hit. I am running on a frost mage

The points of which you must stand at are either of the two circles after you have pulled the target. Note, for the pull you should do a slow buff.

So, you are at your first point, you will notice the enemy has to go all the way around to the smallish pillars sticking out just to get to you, then come up the wooden plank. Use this to your advantage so you don't get hit.

Just before the enemy gets to you, you can quickly strafe to the left or right (away from the wall) to the other plank. The enemy then has to leave the plank he tried to get you on the same way he entered, go across the room, then come up the plank again.

If, however, you are smart you can make him go back and forth and back and forth without being hit once.

nice find, although it will take a while and you're screwed if you get multiple pulls, but still nice xp, +rep

    Re: Stockade Soloing

For the double pulls I usually polymorphed one and killed the other, exited instance and did the other mob. Though I can do the second one with no mana at all.

    Re: Stockade Soloing

I've known it since level 20, :P Ahh well. Anyways, it's easier to do it with slow / impare effects so that you have more time casting (Mages point of view). Just equip yourself with level 1 frostbolt so you can get away real quick before hits come your way.
