[Theory] Human transformation outside Hillsbrad not quite nerfed?

Greetings, this is NOT a confirmed exploit, this is just an idea and a long shot at that; I admit, however eariler today I was messing around in Old Hillsbrad with Noggenfogger Elixir and kissing the Mojo pet when someone noticed I had two Human Illusion buffs on... after a time of trying to replicate this, I found a method that always works.

1. Use Savory Deviate Delight / Noggenfogger Elixir until you get a shapeshift
2. Kiss Mojo
3. Dispel your transformation buff

You should now have two Human Illusion buffs such as this:

Now, as some people may know there was an old exploit to do with using shapeshift items that was nerfed in order to get an illusion to stay on you when dead which then allowed you to leave your corpse and while running back to the courpse you could change heroic setting on the dungeon and then revive as a human in the outside world. Now after trying to replicate this I got two outcomes:

Dead in Human Form, this is caused by having the transformation of the noggen fogger elixir + a human illusion active while dieing.

Dead in Blood Elf form, this is always consistant when dieing in the two illusion form.

Now this is what got me thinking, when I tried to repeat the old exploit I came out with these two outcomes which with some clever thinking may be able to re-create the human outside of hillsbrad exploit, I have yet to find it but after seeing this there may be a way.

If its not confirmed in any way, don't bother posting it. I've yet to see a good exploit come from a "theory". 110% of the time people post "theories" they been "O, my bad it just got patched" -_-

I'm pretty sure they made the buff zone specific. So if you are outside of the instance even if you DID happen to get it to work, it will instantly remove it.

The exploit really doesn't anymore work. You can still die as a human, but the buff is area-specific, so you can't get it out. It was fun while it worked tho, now I'm using model edits to achiveve the same.

On a side not though, I noticed that when I used my Orb of Deception and I cancelled it or it wore off...I would also have two human illusion buffs.

Nice bump.

When you release spirit the buff falls off. As the previous posters said it's a zone specific buff that will fall off as soon as you leave Old Hillsbrad.
