Arena Night Elf Shadowmeld + Casting =?

So for a night elf after you shadowmeld, the focus comes off right? Ok.

SO heres the exploit.

if you can get a shadowmeld off, and start casting.. like a rez it wont show on their proximo, spellalerter and etc.

I have tested and confirmed (I play a hunter go go revive pet shadowmeld)

I beleive he means that:

If you open up a spell while your shadowmelded, it wont get tracked on proximo/Spell alerter etc.

Thats my veiw of it :C

What he is basically saying is, that sometimes when you are casting or targetting someone, it shows who is doing so. Example, there's a warrior about 30 yards ahead, I start casting Shadowbolt, it shows me targetting and casting on him. He can then intercept me, thus stopping the shadowbolt.

He's saying if you cast while in Shadowmeld, it won't show them you're targetting, and casting a spell on them. It's useful, if you want to get the first advantange.

ok well to this if ur casting a spell and try to shadowmeld it wont work whatsoever it says other action in progress or w.e

You shadowmeld first, then cast, thus removing shadowmeld, of course you can't activate two spells at the same time.

then wth is this thread for? the person can see you casting the spell still and also in the title it says arena shadowmeld and casting together so yea

Well, I haven't tested this myself, but imagine if you're behind a wall or behind them. They will only see you, if they can actually see you. This is for like.. if you're trying to stay secure, and cast without them knowing.
