Do their quests which lead to The Sunveil Excursion for Horde and Surwich for Alliance.

The last quest gives you a Demoniac Vessel that is usable anywhere, have good range, has no cooldown or global cooldown either so its \S/uper spammable as fnck.

1. It has a target so it can't be thrown automatically so it isn't "super spammable" it might as well have a GCD.
2. This isn't 1993 rendering a few particle effects won't go in the way of dropping people's frame rate.
3. How would you know a classic user saying you've been registered like 3 days.

Tried it, works pretty good. Doesn't have GCD so

1# Place on bar (keybind 1 or something).
2# Spam 1 + left mouse button

I hate it when people assume things are useless cuz if gives them no benefits, they just want some magic gold dupe method and probably wouldn't even rep the OP just leech it and flame others that try to contribute.

Is this an exploit? no

This is exactly the same as that dumb rainbow generator, some obscure quest item that has a pretty effect. Suck it up.

It could be the greatest thing in the world, but it's still not an exploit, and it's useless. There's a reason there's this subsection called 'Quests and Items'

I am sure blizzards intention was not to use it anywhere you want, especially when it doesn't have GCD. You seem like a flamer to me judging by your profile & comments, so I don't really have to get into detail on what exploiting is.

The same goes for the fire extinguisher which was technically exploiting a quest item but it still fell under that category, now if a mod would move this that'd be great. + rep OP just make sure you post your stuff in the right section next time

And just because I love you so much I'll explain why this is not an exploit, since you don't seem to realize that if theres a 'Quests and Items' subsection it's supposed to be used.

An exploit (in the way they're ment for mmowned or just general gaming-wise) is a security hole, or a failure by the creator (Blizzard) in their game that allows you to take advantage of this, either to put yourself above others (ex. Infinite Justice Points), or others below you (ex. disconnecting others).

Tell me how creating a graphic is in any way giving you an advantage or someone else a disadvantage.
