Cenarion Refuge- Safe from Guards/Crows.

Pesky Guards killing you from the ground.
Pesky Crows killing you from the air.

Casters can stand here-


And nuke anyone in range. The Guards on the ground can't get you, and will not try. The Storm Crows do not appear to be able to path to you, so they do not try either.

Casters can also chill here-


And nuke the hell out of anyone at the vendors, and the Guards and Crows do not care.
