Nope he has to be within range, not sure what the rang is but its the same range that it would require for someone in your party to get XP when you're killing something, so fairly close

Probably the best thing to do is to go do a ton of quests that need to be turned in in one town/camp. Then you will get the bonus for all of them, rather than just doing it one quest at a time. Pretty much common sense though.

I'm not sure it does. :/ On the FAQ it says that summons stop at 60 so i don't know..

Yup, got about two thirds a level from just those 2.

Most of the instance quests or just boss quests in general that usually have like 2-5 Bars rewarded are the best ones to go for! No more Exp *Penny pinching* You can just go for the quest exp! Get a 70 and get it done!
