    Shaman Cleanse/Purify Spirit Bug

    Usually the spells have an 8 second cooldown but at the moment they're only on a GCD. Enjoy being magic/curse free!

    Edit: Apparently this doesn't work afterall. Apologies for retarded.

    ummm, @OP: If you dispell without anything to dispell it looks like it only has a gcd since it didn't dispell anything it wont incur the cd
