How to AFK BGs with no Addons

First, join a channel with a random name. Let’s say the channel number is 5

Then make a macro that does:

/in 290 /5 a
/in 590 /5 a
/in 890 /5 a
/in 1190 /5 a
/in 1490 /5 a
/in 1790 /5 a
/in 2090 /5 a
/in 2390 /5 a
/in 2690 /5 a
/in 2990 /5 a
/in 3290 /5 a
/in 3590 /5 a

Make another one that does:

/in 3890 /5 a
/in 4190 /5 a
/in 4490 /5 a
/in 4790 /5 a
/in 5090 /5 a
/in 5390 /5 a
/in 5690 /5 a
/in 5990 /5 a
/in 6290 /5 a
/in 6590 /5 a
/in 6890 /5 a
/in 7190 /5 a
/in 7490 /5 a
/in 7790 /5 a
/in 8090 /5 a
/in 8390 /5 a

This is a macro command, and does not require any additional programs.

Click both macros ONCE, and you will not go afk for more than 2 hours straight. If you want more, then continue the number by increasing it 300 each time.

To stop this annoying spamming, simply type “/console reloadui”

plus weren't you able to activate one macro with another?
wouldn't it be better to simply have to macros which do the same thing that reference each other.
I mean I read that tidbit ages back and it was probably removed to stop people doing things like that but I'm pretty sure it was in one of blizzards "how-to" macro guides
