I am busting this. _alot of people_ on alot of servers got this today, including me. I logged off 4 hours prior to the server maintenance, in the nagrand inn, and also got 150% rested when i logged back on. my theory is that blizzard (sadly enough) tried to compensate for the loss of arenapoints on alot of servers this reset.
