not really an exploit. in certain patch blizzard allowed to hearth when performing action. we used to be unable to sit and hearth (or sleep and hearth), but now we can, probably due to the fishing chairFishing Chair - Thottbot: World of Warcraft. ofc we can also sit and sleep when fishing
