Paladin can jugde with the seal of justice a rogue who have shadow cape, the rogue can resist, this seal can ever put on a rogue.

I hope you understand the trick.

If one people want to writ back the trick.

I think what you meant to say, was:

"Judgement of Justice, Wisdom, Light and Crusader cannot be resisted, and so can be judged on a rogue with Cloak of Shadows active"

Not exploit, its gameplay mechanic.

Non-damaging Judgements CAN be resisted, and they quite easily are resisted through CloS. This post is quite full of fail.
