At least they do say that there is a limit.
Not sure as to wether it's just something they say to make people more careful with deleting items.

They can probably prompt a list of recent complains/restores/warnings for each account so I wouldn't bet on this working X) But ofc.. try it and report if it works.
I'm 100% sure there's a limit. But that's not to say GM's can't break it. I mean, I've seen screenshots of GM's talking about drugs and GM's spawning items and other random crazy stuff lol. There is a limit, but for you to bank on the chance that a GM will help you after that limit would be stupid. I've seen people waste restores on silly green or blue items that they deleted while leveling and then at 70 their boyfriend deletes their char and they were told "Sorry, can't help you"
it works thank you =)
i mean after you delete the item you wait a day or 2..maybe make a few useless tickets reporting random people who swear at you as well to put space in between your restore and your deleted item ticket so they MIGHT overlook it.
A word for the wise aint necessary, its the stupid ones that need advice....like leechers
lol if you wait 2 days to report an item that you 'accidentally' deleted or w/e 2 days ago they'll turn you away. I've been turned down even from asking for a restoration on an item that I legitly accidentally deleted like 12 hours ago (it carried over midninght to the next day) and they said they couldn't help me, that I needed to report it right away or w/e
actually that is wrong. i had some bastard scam me way back...lost the pass and no doubt the items for well over a week, got them all back, including all the shit they farmed levitate farming slabs no doubt..since i got like 50 greens in the mail

it's different if you're hacked
Then they'll just rollback your character and you'll get everything back you lost. I've stripped scammed accounts to nothing before. Deleted everything I couldn't take or sell. Even unlearn their professions, and I'll see them get it back about a week later on the armory.
nice try but Wont work Good luck bs'ing the gm XD
I think I can't do it because some time ago I asked Blizzard to restore the T5 Shoulders token I "lost" and they caought me with their logs (I didn't know they exist) and I got a 72 hours ban
