Well since its now client side, everyone can see that you "suddenly stops casting" and thinks "yes lets kill that one" but then !BAM! your spell didnt stop after all ;P

Useful in pvp and duel...people dont know if when you heal yourself of cast and harmful spell so me(warrior) will not pumel if i dont see emote but now we see casting bar so this is like...useless Sorry Hakonj

guys.....they can still see you casting bar if the have it enabled and click on you....but other than that this is cool
