Generate full rage out of CONBAT Works in BG's

Ok a week ago i was waiting 4 WSG or AB to pop so i could join. I was on my brother 39 war and went in to Stormwind Stockade to farm( yes i know not the best place to farm) So i popped Bloodrage when WSG and AB popped I clicked AB first then it did not load right away so i clicked WSG. Then AB started to load when it finished It stared to load WSG. I go sent in to WSG. The bloodrage icon was gone from my right hand corner of screen buti was generation about 2-3 rage every 5 seconds
I had to wait a min or 2 for WSG to start and i was still generating rage still it continued till i got to seventy rage or so when i attacked some one then it started to Decay. I dont know how it help anyone but i will try it again to see if it works.
My brothers warrior is speced in Arms.

The buff was lagging so you his Anger Management talent kicked in, generating 1 rage every 3 seconds, when you went to attack someone, the serve rexognized the buff was over and started to decay your rage as it should have done.

not true, it does this on my warrior all the time... pop bloodrage then take the queue is what i do... i was generating 2 rage every 5 seconds or so.
