[Another Useless Exploit by Me] Episode Two: Truesilver Shafted Arrow

Yes, I'm sure you remember my previous exploit regarding the Snowmaster 9000 (or, most likely, you don't). Now, I am back with an exploit that's hopefully not a repost. This time: Truesilver Shafted Arrow, the item that summons the extremely annoying goblin version of cupid, Peddlefeet. The useless exploit: This item can be used while in stealth or while moving. The only possible use I could think of this would be to confuse people while you're stealthed by summoning and dismissing him while moving around.

That doesn't really matter, because this is the PERMANENT pet item, if you actually bothered to look.

you shoot the pet AT the stealther, i saw this reposted, well some what, same effect, just the truesilver is perm adn this one isnt.

This IS NOT a repost. This is not SHOOTING IT. This is that you can summon and dismiss the permanent pet in stealth. Hence, you can confuse the enemy by constantly summon and dismissing it while running around stealthed. But again, it's kind of useless.
Edit: Here! Truesilver Shafted Arrow. This is like your average pet summoning item, except for the fact that it doesn't break stealth and can be used while moving.
