Arcane charges multi fire bug

Sorry if this is a repost,

While doing The Airstrikes Must Continue quest, if you bind the Arcane charges to a key (putting it on your hotkey bar works) rapidly hit that key and click the mouse button, it is possible to fire off two even three shots instead of one for each global cooldown. The quest becomes much faster doing this.
