Yes, another trick from the Shattered Sun Pendant of Accumen. IT'S NOT A REPOST, READ THE WHOLE THREAD.

After some extensive tests on the Pendant, I confirmed that you don't get flagged if the proc hits someone that's already flagged.

What does that mean?

You can interrupt casts, drinkings and bandages of the flagged person. You can also just add up some damage (and eventually get a KB while on a huge World PvP situation ) while being immune to ganking.

Will post a Screenshot as soon as I can get to.

EDIT: Screenshot, you can check the Combat Log, my name being shown and not green (unflagged), the damage and the target on the flagged person.

Also remember to not use Damaging Spells for obvious reasons. :P I use Demon Skin to proc it.

Just a little Summary:
- You need to be Exalted with Scryers.
- You need to be Exalted with Shattered Sun.
- You need to be on a PvE server (sorry PvPers you still get attacked by guards if you don't use it from a safe distance).

Still need confirmation about Hunter aspects (my Hunter is Aldor, but it could proc MSD back when Ghost Wolf was tamable, maybe it would proc the Neck effect too?)

Was trying today, seems they stealthfixed the Pendant. =( need some further testing but I'm too tired to do one now...

EDIT: After casting ~150 Demon Skins/Unending Breaths/Detect Invisibilities, I can affirm the Pendant no longer procs from Non-Damaging Spells. RIP this exploit and possibly all the pulling exploits too. =(
