    [Bug] Victory Rush / On Kill Moves

    Moves similar to (warrior) Victory Rush

    (A move that procs after killing something worth experience or honor)

    Can proc after killing another players "Steam Tonk"

    **Steam tonks found at the darkmoon faire / Steam tonk controller
