Jaina farming ftw

Get a group in farm Jaina Proudmore in Theramore(the allinace city the marsh). Allegedly, she drops 70g with each kill. Be warned tho, some ppl have been banned for this.

This forum is so awesome that when newbs register, they feel as though they HAVE to post something, even if it has no value. Therefore, I feel obligated to explain an exploit, even if I get banned in the process.

Webster defines exploits as: "to make use of meanly or unfairly for one's own advantage <exploiting migrant farm workers>"

While it is true that drinking potions does give you certain advantages, EVERYONE can use potions, so its more of an advantage than it is an exploit.

note the defiition says that it gives "unfair" advantage.....every1 can drink potions so unless its against the rules, and drinking potions is not against the rules, drinking potions is a legit part of the game. Exploitation is not legit, therefor drinking potions is not an exploit.

She is in the keep building in Theramore. My only question to this is, is there one for the Alliance side to exploit in this way? Even though I am not allowed to ask questions here.

hehe I said some ppl got a ban. I was kinda thinkin a ban was unfair myself, untill I realized alliance couldnt do it. Then it dawned on me that it was an exploit, ergo why I put the definition there. Is a ban too much, I think so.

I heard somewhere that the 70g that normally drops of Jaina was a glitch, so just keep in mind that they might fix it. TY for the rep.

A blue posted on it, saying the gold and respawn timer is working as intended. She can't be removed because she is part of Warcraft Lore and a world boss (Leader). She is like Magni Bronzebear, or Highlord Bolvar, etc. Would more than likely take a MINIMUM of 20 people to kill her. If your alliance, you might be able to try taking on some of the horde bosses like Thrall...if you dare. lol

She also has a 2 minute respawn timer.

wow, the banning of the guilds that killed Jaina is ridiculous. i wish i could say that's unbelievable, but then i realize its blizzard =/ but honestly, how is that a bannable offense??? >_< but other than the whole banning thing, good idea to farm her tho

The reason these people were banned for it was because she is a quest giver, and they kept killing her all the time so that the alliance could not do her quests. There is nothing wrong with killing her once or twice in a row, but if you keep killing her so that you are ruining other people's game experience, you could get banned.
