Um sorry but that doesn't look like live realm.. both your gear sucks and you dont even have all attacks on your bar.

This is emu, all the gear is red, only an idoit would arena with broken gear.

I dont know if you see but they don't seems to be 70 so its normal to do not fill all the bar...+ If you look you can see its a skirmish so they can be like lvl 30...Its not emu its live server .. Easy to get out of arena
