Free repairs :o

Well, noticed this today:

- My warrior is in a guild with full guild bank access (including repairs): 60g in guild bank
- My hunter is in another guild with full access to the bank too: 0g in guild bank

After a few hours of farming with my hunter, went to sell some junk and repair, and I saw that the option to repair with the guild's money was available, but for 60g, which is the amount of money in my other char's guild bank.

So I clicked on the button to repair with the guild's money, and nothing was gone from my own money, nor from my other char's guild bank (and there was 0g in the guild bank of this character).

I've seen a few bugs if you are in different guilds with chars on the same account, like seeing the gmotd from another char's guild etc, so I'm quessing it would be easy to reproduce this.

Suggestion:

- Create a guild on an alt
- Put some gold in your guild bank
- Enjoy the free repairs on your other chars

Notice:

I think this can only work if both your characters have access to guild repairs in their respective guild.

If anyone can share his/her experience with this bug (I'm sure I'm not the only one who experienced this), this could help narrowing down what causes this bug and would help us to reproduce it easily.

Edit: Just tried it on another char, it worked too (60g shown on the guild repair button). Note that this second character is in the same guild as my hunter, and the 60g showing on the button is the amount of money in my warrior's guild bank.

nice find but however to amke another chara and make a guild bank cost 100g so everyone might not be able to do it but i guess it pays of in the length

At level 63 I had a 6 gold repair bill once, yeah 100g is worth it. +Rep

Yes, a guild bank does cost 100g to put ITEMS in it but you can deposit money and withdraw cash without buying a tab for items.
Gonna go confirm this.

I tried withdrawing, no luck. But still, FREE REPAIRS! TRy to be nice and make a guild then boot everyone so you are taking someone elses guild cash... if thats possible

If you get the money for repairs, you could get loads of gear, suiside enough to give it 0 dura, and withdraw the ammount for "repairs" and send it to your main. Every. Single. Day.

No, when you press on that button the repairs costs are automatically withdrawn from your guild bank. So you cannot use this trick to get money.

Not getting this to work..... I made 2 guilds, same account, both guild leaders w/ full guild banks rights, I don't know, it might be because I haven't bought the storage

Yea I use guild bank for repairs and when it says 0g 0s 0c left for today, it still repairs my items.

Anyone else experiencing this bug? Tried it again on my hunter and it's still working.
