Fixes

• Celestial Steed - Is no longer a instant cast.
• Swift Magic Broom - No longer requires you being in outland/northrend to cast.
• Big Blizzard Bear - Now works correctly.
• Arena: Ring of Valor - Removed.

Spell changes

• Flame Shock - Spellpower scaling reduced by 10%
• Lightning Bolt - Spellpower scaling reduced by 20%
• Improved Devouring Plague Rank 2 - Instant damage reduced from 20% to 15%.
• Improved Devouring Plague Rank 3 - Instant damage reduced from 30% to 20%.
• Shield Slam - Base damage reduced by 15%
• Lifeblood - Changed from 3600 healing to 2000.

Quest/loot changes

• Saphira's Magic Scale - Is now a 75% drop chance for EVERYBODY in the raid.

Update 11/13/2013

• Ultimatum teleporter has been rescripted,cleaned and working correctly, also made a NPC version of it.
  
• New duel/Training zone, goes with new lore for shadowfang keep, with the Kirin tor.
  
• Art of Dueling quest/practise dueling quests updated/rewards fixed/text fixed.
  
• Added a new quest to the duelzone, "Under the Dome: WoW Edition".
  
• Updated Bloodmoney NPC, now working corrently, Can now bet both factions corrently, Blood money is betting PvP Tokens on a duel against another player.
  
• Killing a member of the opposite faction while in WSG, Either FFA Arenas, or the Field of Domination will reward 5 rep. 5 Rep with Warsong Outstriders for Horde, and 5 Rep for Silverwing Sentenials for Alliance.
  
• Removed Gurubashi arena and added The Fallen Temple - Custom FFA Arena from Mayhem.
  
• Added Field of Domination - Custom BG to the I60 Realm. Updated/fixed Rewards, Added 2 quests, 1 to capture 1 egg, 1 to win the bttleground for your faction.
  
• Using Darco the Transmogrifier now costs 1 Transmog Token, you can acquire these tokens by dailys, or voting.
  
• Transmog/vote Area Added and Transmog npcs moved/deleted from mall and relocated there.
  
• Vote vendor moved to the vote/transmog area, Transmog token added to the vote vendor 5 Chaos/Vote tokens = 1 Transmog Token
  
• Added Remove Rez Sickness Option on Skinhead the PvP Token Npc, costs 750 Honor (theres no reason you should have to rez at the spirit healer)
• Added Remove BG deserter on Skinhead the PvP Token NPC costs 2500 Honor (if you wanna leave the bg or join one early with deserter, gotta pay the price)

New Arena System - We have removed flushes entirely. Instead, you receive an amount of arena points after winning/losing a game. This amount of course increases as your rating gets higher (Above 1500). - Would like to thank "Jesus" for this idea
Winners will recieve 25 points per win and losers will receive 7 arena points for trying.

Great news! We have fixed the random lag spikes/crashes, Core has been rebuilt and tested, There might be minor bugs but we will fix as they arise. Thanks again!

Just wanted to say, great trailer. Very much in the style of the old Blizzard patch trailers. I just felt like it needed to be a bit longer and less "Light of Chaos" flashing logo's (it happened 3 times it felt like).
