Our website is still under development but looks pretty damn good so far.


Our Visions/Plans

To make a good server you must first make good plans for that server. It is always good to look toward the future and make preparations for it. The current "Simple" game plan is to have a Highrate Blizzlike realm to start off. We WILL consider a second realm in the near future. I would like everyones honest opinion on whether we should open one and if we do what we should make it this can be done on our forums.

The rates for the HighRate Blizzlike have not been offically decided but it will most likely be around 30x or more.




Staff



To apply for one of these positions please go to the website and sign up for an account on the main website. (This will create an ingame and forum account. When you have logged in goto the control panel and at the bottom you will see this button . Click it and follow the directions and you will be contatced as soon as possible for an interview.

To start this section off I would like to say a few words about trust and communication. In my opinion to trust someone you have to often communicate and know the person in depth. We all want staff we can trust and that is why we all need to know and communicate with the staff members. We should know who people are and what they do and/or are doing for the server ATM. I know it is a lot to remember and handle but it is needed in order for you to trust your staff and your staff to trust you in return. Without this, a server will fail. Staff members are required to use Ventrilo.



Priorities first, we need Trinity Core C++ Developers/Scripters. This is all we are looking for right now.

2. Game Masters 3/3
3. Web Developer 1/1
   
4. Host - We will get a V.P.S. then upgrade to a long term payed dedicated host when neccesary.
5. Admins - The owners are extremely active and will assume this position.
6. Head of Staff and/or Head GM - 0/1

This is not your 3 week life expectancy kind of server. A lot of work has been put into it already and we will continue to work our hardest to make the gaming experience of our players an extremely enjoyable one and hopefully one day we will make it to being a big well known server. So to acheive this all of our staff need to be as proffesional and experienced as possible.
