So? Virtually ever single private server is a repack or something along the lines. Props to the guys over at Pandashan, they made an amazing private server where no one else did, but this sort of thing happens all the time.

EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I'm not promoting this kind of thing, but it was bound to happen.
