Recruiting Staff.

ExoWoW is a brand new server. We are going to have 1 realm for starters. It's going to be an Instant 80, Battleground Oriented Realm, The players will start in Alterac Valley either Horde side, or Alliance side. They will then be greeted by a full mall where which they can choose their gear from. They will then be set as soon as they either cross the bridge or go down the mountain into a battleground, where players are constantly fighting. Every kill will give you a Token in which you can buy better gear. Custom Items will be included with these tokens. The whole aspect of the server is going to be balanced and there will be a few fun items in the vote shop, and Tokens available for Donation. If we do include Donor Items the item's wont be overpowered compared to the best Item's available for purchase by tokens.

*This Idea was not taken from WoWCraze on AC-Web. I have had this idea for a long time in my head, and many things will be different.

After development of Realm 1 has been completed we will be starting a 2nd realm which I will not explain the details of because it is insignificant this early in the servers development stage.

Quick Overview:

Instant 80
Starting Position - Alterac Valley
Token on Kill for better gear.
Bugfixes and Spellfixes.
Custom Areas / Bosses?
Isolated to Battleground + Custom Areas.

I am currently in need of a FULL staff. Which I will list:

GM's 0/4 (Timezone differences)
Head Dev 0/1
Dev's 0/2
Web Dev 0/1 (Must be extremely good)
Graphics Artist 0/1 (Must be better than me)

Head Dev MUST know C++
Dev's MUST know LUA
Web Dev MUST know HTML, CSS, and PHP.

The reason I need a Web Dev is for why else, than to design a new website.
The current one at ExoWoW is temporary and If I do not acquire a Web Dev,
I will take up that responsibility of either finding a premium website, or designing
one myself.

Then again it involves GM Level on my server for the Dev, but also GM responsibilities.
