Dalaran is a fun server in many different ways, first off you can play multiple classes at the same time, for example Rogue/Mage/Priest and use sinister strike and sheep and all that. You need to level to 70 to be able to choose a new class which you can only do in Stormwind Cathedral.

You can only be 7 classes at a time, after you choosed 7 classes and leveled to 70 yet again you can 'Reborn' which will let you choose a new race/class and you come back stronger.

You can also buy items in the Cathedral for 'Quest Points' which you get when you quest. First when you log in to the server you can type #guide and a guide will popup which you can ask quistions about the server. You learn spells and abilities automatically so you never have to go to the trainer.
