Is it possible to turn off quest markers?

The ! above quest givers' heads .. can these be turned off/removed even for quests that are of ~the level of the character. I mean for the entire server as a default, not simply a UI option.

Config only allows turning off if too low/can't accept (based on quest level) or too high/won't receive proper exp (based on quest minimum level) .. no workarounds here it seems (unless there is a hidden turn off all value like there is a turn on value of "-1")

I also cannot seem to find the ! ? etc in any of the model/particle files .. anyone know where this is located?

yea I searched for quite a bit .. my next idea was backing up -> deleting the model/particle for the ?! but still haven't found them .. checked multiple DBCs/MPQs .. I'll keep digging, thanks
