How to Specify Lookalike Armor When Using “.additem” Command

Hi!

I was wondering if there was any way to specify lookalike versions of transmog armor when using the “.additem” command. For example, the item Diadem of the Highborne has 4 variations, and if I wanted the Mythic version (Radiant Lightbringer Crown), is there any way to specify? As far as I can tell, all variations share the same item ID. Can you use item names instead of IDs with .additem command?

Try .lookup item
then .additem [ITEM LINK]


Diadem of the Highbr & Radiant Lightbr have different id's right? Or are you talking about timewalking items?
