How to make quest item usable on only one specific NPC? [Trinity 3.3.5a]

    Hey guys!

I'm trying to make a quest that requires the player to use a quest item on a specific NPC.

I've made both the quest item and the spell it's going to cast, but I can't figure out how to limit which NPC's the item can be used on beyond creature type (humanoid, undead, etc.)

Is this doable without any heavy scripting? It seems rather simple, but I know that how it seems isn't always how it is lol.

    Any help is appreciated!
