Did anyone port TBC Character Creation Screen to WOLTK 3.3.5a?

Removing DeathKnights class + classes not available for selected race?

Disabling death knights can be done by the server. The account just has to be set to the correct "addon" level.

0 - vanilla
1 - tbc
2 - wotlk

On most cores the console command is something like this:
account set addon wakadrengen 1

If you do this the button to select a death knight should be greyed out on the character creation screen.

But i want to remove the death knight button from the character creation screen interface Aka the GlueXML file and lua file.
