WoW TBC/Vanilla expert for server development

I'm developing a server and I am looking for someone to just bounce some numbers off of and check to make sure things work correctly.

In other words, I'm looking someone who really knows Pre-Wotlk WoW to help me get all the bugs out and balance numbers. No development experience needed, just someone I can ask some questions to.

I'm not asking for a huge commitment, just sit on Skype for an hour or whatever and we can go explore around to see what needs fixing.
