Crit, spell crit, expertise, dodge, parry, block calculations

So I'm trying to figure out how to scale the mentioned stats properly

I'm basically trying to where, in blizzlike, e.g.:

x Crit rating = +1% crit chance

to change it to e.g.:

100x Crit rating = +1% crit chance.


Also trying to apply the same concept to the other stats...



I'm also sitting with a problem where my crit percentage is showing -1.#J% crit chance.

Any idea how to fix these?
