modify different colors for Vips?

could any one tell me how to Edit/modify Colors for different Vip levels?!

i got my 2.4.3 ascent server and i made vip level ( v1 - v5 ) and i got a general channel which every one could speak on it, i want each vip level names come with different color
for example whenever an vip1 player speak on the general channel his/her name come with Green color, and so different colors for other vip levels!

any answer or point me where i could find the answer MUCH appreciated!!
