Looking for a classic server

Hi guys, I'm looking for a full classic server, german or english both is ok. Leveling/raiding and pvping should be blizzlike.

But please no progressionserver where later Bc and wotlk will be active.

There is no reason to play any other server then this if you want a Vanilla 1.12.1 server. x1 rates, some of the best scripting for Vanilla servers and a peak population of 8k.
