What Anti-Cheat does this server run on?

I'm trying to figure out what kind of anti-cheat PandaWow runs on. From what I see, it looks exactly the same as Wow-Circle's. Some sort of passive anti-cheat. Is it something public?

The command the GM typed is .ANT PL playername, which shows how many times the player has tripped their anti-cheat by walking on water, going too fast, etc.

There are server-side formulas that can be used to verify the player is moving as fast as they should be going, and there are client-side scans that are done via Warden.
