Custom Items

Hello everyone. I need a little help.

I using Single Player Project Real 3.3.5a. Because easy to handle and working perfectly. Now, the question is : How can i open the database or something? Because i created some item on wow-v.com and i don't know how to use the items in my server.

I try to use HeidiSql but i can't handle it. Maybe i am noob but i really like use these custom items. Anyone can help me? :)
