Looking for a repack that is balanced for singleplayer play!

As title says, however i'm not looking for the type of repack that is like the single player project v3 where SP play is based on bot play(I hate that - it's messy and aggravating). If such a repack exists I'd love to know where I might find it because I have scoured many sites without much luck so far though to be honest i'm a bit new to this scene. I used to play official WoW but got tired of it because 99% of my time was spent PVPing which was all consuming. I don't have the same amount of time in my life now and would love to experience all the instances/raids of WoW(because I never raided or really spent the time being immersed by it's lore, etc) from a non other player dependent perspective where I can I play at my leisure.

What would really be awesome is something that is 3.3.5a or greater(i'm not that picky about which version aslong as it's not earlier than 3.3.5a) similar to the Single Player project where gear or stats etc are balanced for the instances or the world is balanced for the character. Either or really. Anyways thanks for your time.

Seriously no one? I just want to know if a repack like this exists or if it doesn't. If it doesn't... a heads up would be nice so that I can stop wasting my time looking and just learn how to do it myself.

Anyways since no one answered. I started playing around with it myself. To do what I want it's pretty damned simple.... just really tedious. The custom balance gear will take awhile but not that long. However the NPCs(I'd like to increase the strength of all normal NPCs by like 200%). So does anyone know and SQL editor utility that will allow me to edit NPCs in within the repack in bulk and group them by normals/elites/bosses etc?

otherwise multiply dmgmodifier by 2 with a query

What you linked is the exact project I said was all bot play. However knowing what I know now I can set it up to do w/e I want so thanks for at least replying Ashley.

Also the Dmg modifier tip was awesome. That really balanced things for me. BIG thanks
