FusionCMS - store not working as well as GM CP

I'm trying to setup my store and GM Control panel.

I'm testing my website with xampp before I upload it, I'm currently using localhost.

With my Store:
Whenever I try to buy an item on the store, it goes through properly and says:

Your order has been processed. You may need to log out to receive your items. In case you don't receive your order with in 5 minutes, please contact a game master.

But it never shows up in game, I've waited over an hour for it to come up but it doesn't work.

I've enabled it in my world config file, I've change the account of my GM to security level 4 in the database. Gyazo - bd992fb9af543e84a61a8a855be52bc9.png

I've CORRECTLY port forwarded 3443 and all the necessary ports to be able to host the server.

My server is online and running well, all the other features connecting with the database is fine (such as the armory, highscores, etc)

Same with with my GameMaster Control Panel:
Answering, sending mail or kicking a player doesn't work from the website, the only option that works is 'character unstuck', which teleports the character to Shatt. That's the only feature working on the control panel. I don't know why because I've set everything up properly.

I've disabled my firewall.

I've also tried using SOAP but it doesn't seem to work at all and gives database errors if I try to purchase an item. (SOAP is also enabled in my world config and port forwarded properly)
