How to get someone to host my server

Hello Ownedcore, So I am working on a Server with my friends, but I live in Australia and they live in Europe, so they lag badly, they haven't really complained till now, and I thats when one of my friends asked if he can Host the Server, I said sure, How am I able to make the server host off his internet instead of mine?

He would need to install the server his end - So he'll need the DB, EXE's etc and then make sure he has the ports open to allow external connections.

for them to host it, they have to have it.

Just find a kimsufi server or something and do it your self. screw others on that part
