MoP-Leaving Wandering Isle early

Is this even possible on a 5.4.2 or a 5.4.8 server?
I am trying it on a MoP server right now, I have my game open.
I wanna escape as a neutral Panda, but it is tough. I skilled up to level 25, yes I know, tough work xD.
Now I wanna go. Since it is a private server, I did see level 90 Pandas show up and then leave for reasons unknown.
I know on retail that it is impossible to do that.
Those random A/H 90s showing up gave me hope of getting out.


So is there a way? I did the Zen pilgrimage thing,
it did not work. My toon is logged out in the middle on nowhere in the great sea, far from the island.
