Molten-wow talk to opposite faction?

Hey guys first time in ownedcore sadly its to ask question but ill be trying to contribute aswell , so i was just lolling around on my ally char and i see this hordes invade, but one can talk to ally i couldn't whisper him but he could /say understand and be understood, I logged horde and asked him how he could do it because i could before until they disabled that donor perk and he said he found something here in ownedcore forums, ive been browsing around here for more than 4 hours and still cant find anything wondering if someone could help he also said it had to do with changing factions and if i hadn't changed factions in the past (wich i have) i wouldn't be able to do it.
(this is in cataclysm servers)

In molten 2 other ways without hacking are:
1. If you get a race change bug you retain common as a 2nd or 3rd language.
2. Some players know words or numbers opposite faction would understand.

Plus molten new "pet" has detected any hack capable of doing this, ohack for example. Plus they have some new passive sentinel in the works in which i am keeping an eye on as i monitor its banning patterns.
