a few questions about private servers

Hi everyone, I have a few questions from different categories so instead of spamming the forum I compiled them into one thread but am not sure what the tag would be so I chose misc, anyway, my questions are as follows:

1. Is there any way to re-add content that was removed from a core or repack? For instance I was looking to try the Shattered Sun quests but they got removed in updates to the cores, would like to try and re-add them in.
2. Does anyone know of a custom expansion/quest/location addon for WoW? Ones like Edge of Chaos etc (ones that I can take and try on my own server).
