How do I create a registration page?

Hello,
I'm new here and also newb in making wow server, I just want to run a private server for my city only. I have ran the server, but I have no idea how to create a registration website, I'm using Mangos Amber, and it has a pre-made website, can't I just use this pre-made website for my registration page? If so, can anyone tell me how? I have googled a lot and most of the guides out there and even in this forum are mostly out of date (non-working links in them). So, any help is appreciated. Thank you.

@akaInsidious , sorry I deleted Skype, because of the port 80 (someone suggested me to do so), but thanks
